THE BUFFALO OLMSTED PARKS CONSERVANCY IS CELEBRATING 150 YEARS OF FREDERICK LAW OLMSTED’S LEGACY AND THE INITIAL CREATION OF THE BUFFALO OLMSTED PARK SYSTEM, THE FIRST URBAN PARK SYSTEM DESIGNED IN AMERICA.

The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy is celebrating 150 years of Frederick Law Olmsted’s legacy and the initial creation of the Buffalo Olmsted Park System, the first urban park system designed in America.

Their mission is to promote, preserve, and enhance the Frederick Law Olmsted designed parks in the Greater Buffalo area.
