About the Parkside Lodge

  • The Lodge located at 84 Parkside Avenue (near the Buffalo Zoo) is home to our administrative offices and the Delaware Park Golf Pro-shop
  • The rental space consists of our historic Great Room which has a maximum capacity of 50 people
  • Restroom facilities are available inside the building.

Pricing and Hours

  • $275.00 for Weekdays, Monday through Friday. Available 5:00 pm-9:30 pm
  • $550.00 for Weekends, Saturday and Sunday. Available 10:00 am-9:30 pm
  • $250 Required Security Deposit

Additional Parkside Lodge Great Room Details

  • Some events may require city permits, depending on the size and type of event. The event organizer is responsible for securing all necessary permits
  • No outside alcohol is allowed
  • The Delaware Park Golf Course is open from late April – late October, there will be golfers in the immediate area
  • There are 12 square tables and 40 chairs available for use
